Q. How Can I Apply?

A. To apply for a Visa Credit Card, you must first be a member and fill out an application. To do so, contact us. For a Debit MasterCard, you must have a Share Draft Checking account. For an application for a debit card, click here.

Q. Is there a limit on the amount I can spend with my debit card?

A. Yes. For your security, the maximum you can spend in one day is $300 Point of Sale and $200 cash from an ATM. You can request to have these limits raised. Please contact us with any further questions. Note: There is no daily spending limit on your VISA Credit Card as long as you are within your approved line of credit.

Q. What's eZCardInfo.com?

A. eZCardInfo.com is a convenient way to access your Visa Credit Card account. With it you can see recent transactions, view past statements, even pay your bill online! To enroll, select the VISA Login link on the left side of the screen. Then enroll. That simple. Best of all its FREE!

Q. Can I pay my VISA online?

A. Yes. Select the "Visa Login" link on the left side of the screen. If you haven't enrolled, please do so. Its FREE! Once logged in, there is a link to pay your VISA online.

Q. What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

A. Contact us immediately at 800.477.3889 during business hours or after business hours for VISA call 800.433.0505 and for MasterMoney Debit 800.523.4175.
