Q. How do I acess Home Financial Services (HFS)?
A.
If you are enrolled in
the HFS Service, simply enter your information in
the HFS Login Area on the left side of the
screen. New users need to fill out an application. To get your application,
click here or stop in any branch
office.
Q. Is there a fee to use HFS?
A.
No. HFS is FREE to use for all members!
Q. What if I forget my PIN/Password?
A.
Passwords are a minimum of 5 characters. They can be letters, numbers, or any
combination of them. If you happen to forget your password,
contact the credit union and a new one can be
assigned to you.
Q. Why is my account "Blocked"?
A.
Your account becomes "Blocked" when an incorrect PIN/Password is entered 3 or
more times. To have your account "Un-Blocked", contact
the credit union to have it reset. A new PIN/Password will then be assigned to
you.
Q. Is HFS Secure?
A.
Yes. Your online account information is available only via secure web access,
utilizing 128-bit encryption,
that requires an Account ID and Password. Unless you share your Password, no one
else can view your information online.
Q. Do I need special software?
A.
No. The only
requirements are an Internet connection and a
browser which supports at least 128-bit
encryption. Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5.5 or higher) or Netscape Navigator
(version 6.0 or higher) should be sufficient. To view your current browser's
version and/or encryption strength, click on "Help" on the browser tool bar and
select "About". It should read Cipher Strength: 128-bit.
Q. What transactions can I perform on HFS?
A.
With HFS you can view up to 3 months of account/loan history as well as perform
the following transactions:
- Transfer between Savings or Checking
- Transfer from Savings or Checking to a loan
- Request a withdrawal by check (Checks are mailed to home address on our
system)
- Request a stop payment
- Request an application (membership, loan, etc...)
