Virtual Branch is a service that makes it quick and convenient to manage your money according to your schedule, all via a web-enabled computer. Log on to your account via our secure server and you can:- Receive your statements electronically (e-statements).
- Check account balances.
- View account history.
- See when items have cleared.
- View cleared draft/check images.
- Obtain information on loans(s), including payment amount, payment due date, interest rate and loan balance.
- Transfer funds between Timberland FCU accounts.
- Request a Stop Payment on a check.
- Download information to Quicken® or Microsoft® Money.
e-Statements
Timberland FCU provides free account e-statements for members. Some of the primary advantages to e-statements are convenience, timeliness, security, and being “green”.
e-statements are much safer than mailed paper statements and a secure Web site enables you to view a statement under password protection. Plus, e-statements reduce printing and mailing costs for the credit union, allowing us to continually offer better rates and fees for products and services. In addition, each e-statement saves paper, which has a great impact on our environment.
Many members also enjoy the fact that statements are saved online for six months (from date of enrollment). This allows members to find older transactions without digging through piles of paper.
To enroll in the e-statement program, you must be enrolled in the Virtual Branch Service.
To enroll in e-statements:
1. Login to Virtual Branch,
2. Click on the Self Service Tab,
3. Click on the eStatement option,
4. Click on the Enroll in eStatements. -
Announcing Mobile Money
Secure, convenient, anytime access to your accounts

With our new Mobile Money service, you can do all of this and more. Mobile Money is a secure, convenient way to access your bank accounts anytime, anywhere, using your mobile device.
With Mobile Money you can:
- View account balances
- View account transactions
- Transfer funds between your checking or savings accounts
- Pay your bills and more
- Rest assure your information is safe and secure
All you need to get started is an eligible account and a mobile device that can send and receive text messages and/or has access to the Internet. To enroll, simply login to Virtual Branch, select the Self Service tab, click link for Mobile Money and follow the instructions.

Electronic Bill Payer (EBP)
With EBP, you can take the stress out of paying your monthly bills. It’s available to members with Share Draft Checking Accounts, and it’s simple and convenient. All you do is verify that the amount of your bill is correct and then schedule the payment. We do the rest!
Time is getting more and more valuable for all of us. It seems that stopping by the post office to pick up stamps, sitting down to write out a share draft for each bill and remembering to drop them in the mail doesn’t always fit our busy lives.
Timberland FCU’s EBP service is designed to simplify an unfortunate necessity — paying bills. As a Member, you are an owner of the credit union and the inspiration for our strategy of providing high-quality financial services at affordable prices, combined with the convenience and personal services that other financial institutions just can’t provide. We owe it to you.
EBP is FREE for members using four or more services with the credit union.

eZcardinfo.com provides easy, online access to your account summary, including your account balance, available credit, payment information, credit limit and recent transactions that have not yet been billed. You can also pay your bill online, access full statements including 6-18 months of account history, track your transactions, create customized reports and have alerts sent to you via email for special events and occasions. Best of all, it’s free to Timberland FCU Visa cardholders!
